Dear neighbours of Planes del Rei,
In my capacity as President of the Executive Committee of Avança Pratdip, I would like today to warn the owners of Planas against certain projects of the Town Hall, which, with the help of Unidos, wishes to bring us back to a previous situation.
Indeed the Town Hall as well as Unidos plan to set up a new Entity. This is the reason for a meeting on August 6 to which you have all been invited.
This means charges to be paid, decisions made that will not be to everyone’s liking, etc.
Contrary to what is practiced in the other Municipalities close to us which manage without problem “satellite” urbanizations around them, it seems that Pratdip is unable to do the same and that the Mayor and his Council see in us a source of non-negligible income that they want to keep for as long as possible.
Not content with wanting to impose a new Entity on us, whatever name we give it, the Town Hall wants to impose a re-parcelization on us despite the refusal of the majority of unfavorable opinions it has received from the owners. And to this day we don’t know what overspending this will lead us to.
You will receive from Unidos a form to fill in to give your agreement on the decisions that will be taken during the meeting of August 6. I would strongly advise you to disregard it..
The future of Planas is in our hands, let’s make sure it stays that way and doesn’t pass into harmful and dangerous hands.

Liebe Nachbarn von Planes del Rei,
Als Vorsitzende des Exekutivkomitees von Avança Pratdip möchte ich die Eigentümer von Planas heute vor den Plänen der Stadtverwaltung warnen, die mit Hilfe von Unidos eine Rückkehr zu einer früheren Situation anstrebt.
Sowohl die Stadtverwaltung als auch Unidos planen nämlich, eine neue Einheit zu gründen. Aus diesem Grund findet am 6. August ein Treffen statt, zu dem Sie alle eingeladen worden.
Das bedeutet, dass Sie Gebühren zahlen werden, dass Entscheidungen getroffen werden, die nicht allen gefallen werden, etc.
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Gemeinden in unserer Nähe, die problemlos “Satelliten”-Urbanisationen um sich herum verwalten, scheint Pratdip dazu nicht in der Lage zu sein, und der Bürgermeister und sein Rat sehen in uns eine nicht zu unterschätzende Einnahmequelle, die sie so lange wie möglich erhalten wollen.
Nicht genug damit, dass sie uns eine neue Entität aufzwingen wollen, wie immer man sie auch nennen mag, wollen sie uns auch noch eine Neuparzellierung aufzwingen, obwohl sie von den meisten Eigentümern eine ablehnende Stellungnahme erhalten haben. Bis heute wissen wir nicht, welche exzessiven Kosten uns dadurch entstehen werden.
Sie werden von Unidos ein Formular erhalten, das Sie ausfüllen müssen, um Ihre Zustimmung zu den Entscheidungen zu geben, die bei dem Treffen am 6. August getroffen werden. Ich kann Ihnen nur raten, sie nicht zu beachten.
Die Zukunft von Planas liegt in unseren Händen, lassen Sie uns dafür sorgen, dass es so bleibt und nicht in schädliche und gefährliche Hände gelangt.
