Dear Members, supporters, owners of Planas del Rey,
We would like to inform you about the outcome of our actions and the latest developments.
First of all, the Mayor and the Administrative Secretary of the Town Hall did not appear at the judge’s convocation on 4 July on the grounds that they were both ill.
It should be noted that they were present at the last meeting of the municipal council which took place on Friday 01 July
We are therefore waiting for a new hearing date.
We would also like to inform you that we have learned that the reparcelación project was approved on 01 July 2022 by the Town Council.
A council in which the two councillors from Avança Pratdip (AVP) who did not take part in the vote were present and for good reason, this item was not on the agenda and was not put to the vote at this meeting. We must deduce that it was voted on and approved after the meeting was over and these two councillors had left, and this despite the numerous appeals you have sent to the Town Hall and for which you have received no response.
Once again the Town Hall perseveres in arbitrariness and illegality.
In addition, we have learned that the association Unidos por Planas is organising a meeting where all owners are invited. Agenda item: “OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE A NEW COMMUNITY OF OWNERS”…
We wonder about this initiative. What is the point of creating a new association when there are already two and we have two councillors (Regidores) who are trying to defend the interests of the owners of Planas in the Town Hall?
