Following a request for our association, our lawyer communicates to us the answer of Generalitat de Catalunya.
In this document it is meant that after the judicial power, it is now the political power which takes into account the effective dissolution of the EUCC.
It is now with the Town hall of Pratdip to take account of these decisions of dissolution of the EUCC and what that implies for it.
I.e., the immediate application of the minimum services with the urbanisation Plane del Rei.
