Being a member of the SOSPlanes association, I take the liberty of speaking about the August 6 meeting organized by the Unidos association for Planas.
I would like to make you understand that a new community of neighbors will destroy everything for which we have fought for more than 10 years, that is to say for the dissolution of the EUCC and will make us go back. Obviously this year we are not going to pay anything as the Unidos association claims, but who can assure us that this will always be the case?
You are aware that SOS has filed a criminal complaint against the Mayor and the Secretary with several charges. This complaint was accepted by the Tribunal.
Don’t you think it would be wiser to wait for the result of this judgment which could bring us a win and perhaps oblige the Town Hall to assume its obligations?
Of course we will have a percentage to pay for the renovation works of our urbanization but certainly not 100% as the Town Hall wishes. Why this sudden urgency to create a community of owners? We have waited so long that a few more months will not prevent us from sleeping.
I would also like to dispel a false rumor circulating in Planas, propagated by unhealthy people.
Justice ruled in favor of the SOSPlanes association and dissolved the EUCC in 2016. The town hall was condemned to liquidate the Entity and to integrate Planas, something that it still has not done and that is why the urbanization is in this state and not the fault of the SOSPlanes association.
