Dear Members, Supporters, Owners of Planas del Rey,
We have just received excellent news from our lawyer that sounds like a victory.
The Tribunal orders the TOWN HALL to proceed with the LIQUIDATION OF THE EUCC within a period of one month.
For us owners, this will first change the terms of the re-dividing up (consolidation) which will have to be rewritten again.
The change is also that the Town Hall will have to assume the public costs and the equipment services of Planas (roads and cleaning…)
Knowing that the minimum services have already been accepted by the Town Hall in the last “pleno” (Municipal assembly)
Finally, this decision of the Court is favorable to us in the context of the criminal complaint (“querella”) that our association filed with the Prosecutor on January 26, 2022.
Things therefore seem to be accelerating since the TSJC appeal sentence of May 14, 2021 in which the Town Hall was dismissed and condemned.
Thank you for your faithful help which allows us, beyond the chatter and smoke screens, to really and seriously advance things in Planas.
