Conquer Paradise!
We are in the final stretch of the campaign for the next municipal elections!
In the “D.I.P.” Group, we are convinced that finally things will change within the Pratdip City Council.
As we say in our program, our objectives are to guarantee the minimum basic services, this means:
- Public lighting in the streets of Planas del Rey
- Bring the wastewater treatment plant back into operation, whatever the cost
- Repair the water supply network
- Expand the reservoir in the upper part of the urbanization
- Repair all water leaks
- Temporarily repair potholes in the most dangerous streets
- Repair common areas
These are the most immediate actions that we have planned and then little by little we will clean up the image of Las Planas Del Rey.
We will face with courage and determination all the urban problems that we have and we will definitively resolve the question of reparcelling and works.
We will because that’s what we all want.
We want to put an end to this urban nonsense!
We are the only group ready to face the difficulties that this objective entails, because we are the only group firmly convinced that the solution is possible and that we have it in hand.
We are the only group willing to immediately start doing the work, deal with all the legal hassles, and settle the situation for good.
We already have the roadmap prepared, because we are the group that suffers most directly from the deterioration of Las Planas Del Rey and we said BASTA!!!
Not only will the policy be made for the betterment of Las Planes Del Rey but we also have an extensive program for the entire municipality.
- How to work intensely with the company “Agrupación de Defensa Forestal” to avoid the risk of fires, keep the roads and paths of the municipality clean.
- Set up public transport that connects us to other cities and services, such as the train station, etc.
- Special attention to the elderly with proposals for improving the quality of life, the day center, activities and leisure, as well as improving the youth center and expanding employment opportunities.
Paradise for all
Now we have a great opportunity to get the position of mayor of Pratdip so that we can carry out all these proposals.
We are a strong and united group, we have left behind all the discussions and misunderstandings of the past, now all together we want the same thing. Our candidacy and the union between all the groups of Las Planas Del Rey and the village of Pratdip. We want the whole municipality to win this bet. We want to reach the top!
We want the municipality to have the most beautiful urbanizations in Catalonia again and we want Pratdip to start being present on social networks giving the image of a paradise. “Our paradise!”.

Zur Eroberung des Paradieses!
Wir befinden uns in der Endphase des Wahlkampfs für die nächsten Kommunalwahlen! Wir bei Grup Dip sind davon überzeugt, dass sich im Rathaus von Pratdip endlich etwas ändern wird. Wie wir in unserem Programm sagen, besteht unser Ziel darin, grundlegende Mindestdienstleistungen zu gewährleisten, und das bedeutet, das Licht in Les Planes del Rei wieder anzuschalten, die Kläranlage um jeden Preis in Betrieb zu nehmen, die Wasserversorgung zu reparieren und den Tank im … zu erweitern oberen Teil von Les Planes del Rei reparieren, alle Wasserlecks beseitigen, Schlaglöcher in den gefährlichsten Straßen provisorisch reparieren und Gemeinschaftsbereiche reparieren. Dies sind die unmittelbarsten Maßnahmen, die wir in unserem Portfolio haben, und dann werden wir nach und nach das Gesicht des Komplexes aufräumen. Wir werden alle städtischen Probleme, die wir auf dem Tisch haben, mit Mut und Entschlossenheit angehen und die Frage der Parzellierung und der Arbeiten endgültig lösen. Wir werden es tun, denn das ist es, was wir ALLE wollen. WIR WOLLEN DIESE STÄDTISCHE ENTSORGUNG BEENDEN!!!
Wir sind die einzige Gruppe, die bereit ist, sich den Schwierigkeiten zu stellen, die dieses Ziel mit sich bringt, weil wir die einzige Gruppe sind, die fest davon überzeugt ist, dass die Lösung möglich ist und wir sie in der Hand haben. Wir sind die einzige Gruppe, die bereit ist, sofort mit der Arbeit zu beginnen, sich um alle rechtlichen Probleme zu kümmern und die Situation schließlich zu lösen. Wir haben den Fahrplan bereits vorbereitet, denn wir sind die Gruppe, die am meisten unter dem Verfall der Planes del Rei leidet, und wir haben genug gesagt!
Aber es wird nicht nur eine Politik zur Verbesserung von Les Planes del Rei geben, sondern wir haben auch ein umfassendes Programm für die gesamte Gemeinde, wie zum Beispiel die intensive Zusammenarbeit mit der Forest Defense Group, um die Gefahr von Bränden zu verhindern und Straßen und Wege sauber zu halten Gemeinde, Einrichtung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die uns mit anderen Städten und Dienstleistungen verbinden, wie zum Beispiel dem Bahnhof, besondere Aufmerksamkeit für ältere Menschen mit Vorschlägen zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität, des Tageszentrums und der Freizeitaktivitäten sowie wie die Verbesserung der Wohnverhältnisse für junge Menschen Menschen und erweiterte Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten.
Jetzt haben wir eine großartige Gelegenheit, den Bürgermeister von Pratdip dazu zu bringen, alle diese Vorschläge umzusetzen. Wir sind eine starke und geeinte Gruppe, alle Diskussionen und Missverständnisse früherer Zeiten sind hinter uns gelassen, jetzt gehen wir alle zusammen, wir wollen alle dasselbe. Unsere Kandidatur ist die Vereinigung aller Gruppen von Les Planes del Rei und der Bevölkerung von Pratdip. Und wir wollen, dass die gesamte Gemeinde von dieser Wette profitiert. Wir wollen den Gipfel erreichen! Wir möchten, dass die Gemeinde wieder über eine der schönsten Urbanisationen Kataloniens verfügt, und wir möchten, dass Pratdip in den sozialen Netzwerken als das präsent ist, was es sein sollte: ein Paradies.
